The Founder, Dylan Warter, spent his first 16 years in the Catholic Church and when given the freedom to choose, ran the opposite way for 16 more years. With a deep religious wound, he was repelled by the word God, Jesus, Amen, or anything remotely associated with religion.

In 2023, at 33 years old, God used 3 conversations with men he respected in Business and 3 social media posts directly after in order to call him. Dylan had a rule for years that if something new or strange came up 3 times in a short period of time, he'd lean into it. God knowing Dylan, used that to get his attention and Dylan reluctantly answered the call.

If it wasn't for Dylan's deep newfound faith, he wouldn't believe the series of events that unfolded over the next 18 months as he relentlessly pursued and built a deep fruitful intimate relationship with God.

Dylan's heart, mind, and entire life was completely transformed.

After serving 5 years as detective of the New Orleans S.W.A.T. Team and the last 6 years as a Leadership and Performance Coach solving relationship problems for men, Dylan saw a disturbing discrepancy between the words of those shepherding the sheep and the fruit of their tree.

It was clear to him that religion was still preventing relationship and if he could apply all that he's learned over the years to helping men build an intimate relationship with God, they would not only bear good fruit but that fruit would evangelize the unbeliever.

On April, 13 2025, at 3am, Dylan woke up at the end of a 5 day water fast with a statement placed repeatedly in his mind and heavily on his heart. For 18 months he had prayed "Father, please use me-- whenever, wherever, however with whoever. Use me. SEND ME." and for these 5 days he had prayed to God "All I want is to build a family that glorifies You and a business that glorifies You but what my heart desires more than anything is the desires of Your heart for me."

And for 5 days, he heard nothing in return. But on the 5th day his prayer was answered with just four words "MAKE MEN GODLY AGAIN".

It was the missing puzzle piece to a vision He had given Dylan 13 months prior.

Terrified but obedient, and with the parable of the 3 talents in mind, Dylan took massive immediate action on what he had just been entrusted to steward.
